Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs. You will handle returns, manage credit accounts, and upsell products to increase average transaction value.

The role requires strong communication, basic math, and the ability to work on various days, evenings and weekends. Automotive parts experience is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers and provide CPP insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.
• Engage with walk-in customers and recommend parts or services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
