Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is hiring a delivery driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers, while building relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers. You will handle returns, upsell products, and maintain store cleanliness.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, promoting loyalty programs, and using inventory systems. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend parts.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking and back stock.
