Job summary

Advance Auto Parts seeks a Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs. You will also handle returns, daily credit account collection, and upsell products, building strong relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.

The role requires a valid driver\'s license, English proficiency, and readiness to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Automotive knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver\'s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing the CPP with insights learned while making deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
