Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers, while promoting current sales and loyalty programs. Youll handle returns, collect payments, and build strong relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.

Daily tasks include stocking, inventory knowledge, and assisting walk-in customers with product recommendations. The role requires a valid driver's license, good driving record, and willingness to learn about new products and sales

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver0s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend parts or services.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products.
