Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers and manage returns and cores. You will promote current sales and loyalty programs while building strong relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.

The role emphasizes safe driving, customer service, and the ability to upsell and cross-sell products to increase transaction value. Flexibility for days, evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to drive safely and navigate effectively.
• Customer-facing role requiring clear communication and sales orientation.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers
• Pick up returns and cores
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs
• Daily collection of credit accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing insights learned during deliveries
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services
• Other duties as assigned
