Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to professional customers and handle returns. You will promote current sales and loyalty programs, engage with walk-in customers, and help maintain stock and store appearance.

The role requires strong English communication, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends in a fast-paced retail environment. Automotive parts knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals.
