Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Driver to pick, stage, and deliver parts to professional customers, while promoting current sales and loyalty programs. You will also handle returns, assist in upselling and maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.

In this role you will build relationships with key pro customers, use the delivery board system, and apply strong English communication to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate parts or services. Flexibility to work weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Read and interpret safety rules, parts catalogs and manuals.
• Ability to work weekends and varied shifts.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and upsell.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock inventory.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase average transaction value.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
