Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver automotive parts to professional customers. You will also handle returns, assist with sales flyers, and maintain strong customer relationships at the store.

Responsibilities include driving safely, upselling, stocking, and assisting customers with product recommendations while ensuring the store remains clean and organized. Prior auto parts experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to operate basic inventory and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with customers and peers.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; share delivery insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize stock.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
