Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is hiring a delivery driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers and manage returns. You will build relationships with major customers, assist in upselling, and maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.

The role requires a valid driver's license, good English, and the ability to work varied shifts. You will engage with walk-in customers, apply product knowledge to recommend parts and services, and support inventory control and cycle counts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
• Read and interpret safety rules and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stocking.
