Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers and assist with returns and core pickups. You will also support the store with flyers, stocking, and customer engagement to grow sales.

The role requires strong English communication, safety awareness, basic math, and the ability to work varied shifts including weekends. Automotive knowledge is a plus and a valid driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and manuals.
• Proven ability to deliver parts safely and engage customers professionally.
• Experience in automotive parts or retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores; drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stocking, including back stock and cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and upsell where appropriate.
• Utilize inventory systems and delivery board to coordinate tasks.
