Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, pick up returns and cores, and drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.

You will manage daily collection of credit accounts, build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, assist in upselling and cross-selling, and maintain stock and store cleanliness as part of a broader team.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus, with effective communication to customers, peers and leadership.
• Read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions and parts catalogs.
• Basic math for transactions and measurements; ability to work varied shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist sales.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
