Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, pick up returns, and drop off weekly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.

You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, assist in upselling, maintain store cleanliness, stock parts, and engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Read and interpret safety rules, manuals and catalogs.
• Able to use basic math for transactions and inventory counts.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts and maintain relationships with pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock parts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
