Advance Auto Parts is hiring a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, pickup returns and cores, and promote current sales and loyalty programs.

The role involves daily collection of credit accounts, building relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, and upselling products to increase transaction value while maintaining clean stores and accurate stock levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Use basic math to handle units and currency.
• Willing to work days, evenings and weekends.
• Willing to learn about new products and sales techniques.

Responsabilités

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pickup returns and cores.
• Promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock in back/ frontline areas.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory and new arrivals.
• Engage with walk-in customers to identify needs and recommend solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.
