Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, while promoting current sales and loyalty programs. You will also handle returns, collect accounts, and help build strong relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.

You'll maintain store cleanliness, stock parts, engage walk-in customers, and assist with upselling and cross-selling to increase average transaction value. A valid driver's license and safe driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Experience in automotive parts is a plus.
• Ability to read safety rules, catalogs and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores; drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stocking; cycle counts as needed.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts.
