Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Sterling, VA is seeking a delivery driver to provide fast, friendly service to professional customers. You will pick, stage and safely deliver parts, handle returns, and promote current sales and loyalty programs.

The role requires safe driving, strong communication, basic math, and the ability to upsell and cross-sell. You will maintain store cleanliness, stock parts, assist customers, and work varied shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores; drop off sales flyers and promote loyalty programs.
• Collect accounts and build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness; stock and orient inventory; cycle counts.
• Engage walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
