Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a reliable delivery driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers, manage returns, and promote current sales and loyalty programs.

The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, upselling, and maintaining store cleanliness and inventory. Strong English communication and safe driving are essential, with physical demands including lifting up to 50–100 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
• Excellent customer service and sales aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP insights learned during deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
