Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver automotive parts to pro customers. You will build relationships with customers, upsell where appropriate, and maintain store cleanliness and accurate stock levels.

The role requires strong English communication, safe driving, and the ability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends. Automotive parts experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and the ability to operate delivery routes safely.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock integrity, including back stock and cycle counts.
• Operate inventory systems and store equipment as required.
• Adhere to safety rules and procedures during deliveries and in-store activities.
