The role involves building relationships with commercial customers, upselling when possible, and maintaining store cleanliness and organized back stock. A valid driver's license and good driving record are required, with weekend availability often needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read safety rules and operating manuals.
• Ability to learn parts catalogs and price information.
• Cash handling or POS familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores; upsell where appropriate.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock parts as needed.
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and offer solutions.
