Job summary

Talentify is seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver automotive parts to pro customers in Greenwood, MS. You will also handle returns, promote loyalty programs and assist with inventory and sales tasks.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and preferably automotive parts experience. Strong English communication and customer service skills are required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP insights learned during deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
