Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers and upsell related products. You will collect payments, handle returns, and build strong customer ties in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include English communication, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Automotive parts experience is preferred; on-site work and a customer-service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
English language skills; Spanish a plus.
Able to read and interpret safety and instruction documents.
Willingness to learn about new products and sales techniques.

Responsibilities

Deliver parts to pro customers safely and efficiently.
Pickup returns and cores as required.
Promote current sales and loyalty programs while delivering.
Daily collection of credit accounts where applicable.
Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
Maintain store cleanliness and inventory, including back stock and cycle counts.
Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
Other duties as assigned.
