Job summary

Universal Mitsubishi in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Specialist to join our parts department. This role supports a busy service department and handles internal, retail, wholesale, independent repair shops, and online parts orders.

You will identify, locate, price, and order parts, assist technicians and service advisors, and build lasting relationships with repair shops and customers while maintaining inventory and operations in the parts department.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive parts in a dealership setting.
• Strong parts lookup and sourcing skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

This position supports an active service department and handles internal, retail, wholesale, independent repair shop, and online parts sales. We also utilize the OEC network for connected repair-shop ordering.

Qualifications

• Automotive parts experience required
• Dealership parts experience preferred
• Strong electronic parts catalog, lookup, and sourcing skills
• Wholesale parts experience is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, accurate, and dependable
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
