Acme Tools is hiring a Parts Counter Associate at our Minot, ND location to help customers find the right parts, answer questions, and process orders efficiently. You’ll work with internal and external customers, maintain stocking levels, research pricing and labor estimates, and help ensure a positive experience in the Parts department and store.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding the correct parts quickly and accurately.
• Maintain stocking levels and assist with pricing and labor estimates.
• Identify new parts and categories to improve customer satisfaction.
• Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience in the Parts department and store.
• Assist in cycle counting and stocking in the service area.
• Create service orders and distribute to Technicians.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and report safety issues.
