Big Tex Trailer World in Elmendorf, TX is seeking an experienced Parts/Sales Associate to support the dealership's parts and trailer sales, greeting customers and processing transactions. You will identify customer needs, recommend parts, handle orders, and collaborate with service to ensure timely fulfillment while maintaining inventory and providing friendly, knowledgeable service.

A high school diploma or GED is required; 3-5 years of commissioned sales experience is preferred; must be able

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
May substitute three (3) years of commissioned sales experience.
Valid Driver's License.
3-5 years commissioned sales experience preferred.
Must be able to work Monday – Saturday and overtime as needed.

Responsabilidades

Greet and assist customers at the parts counter with a friendly and knowledgeable demeanor.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable parts.
Process parts transactions accurately and efficiently.
Answer inbound calls and conduct follow-up sales.
Prepare sales paperwork and invoices.
Receive and inspect incoming parts shipments.
Maintain organized inventory and update stock levels.
Place orders for parts to replenish stock and ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate with the service department to order parts for service jobs.
Assist in service scheduling and maintaining the office appearance.
