Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the counter, by phone, and via electronic inquiries with parts needs.
• Identify and locate correct parts based on descriptions, vehicle or equipment info, or part numbers.
• Provide pricing, availability, quotes, and product information.
• Process orders, invoices, returns, warranties, and other transactions accurately.
• Suggest related products and cross-sell when appropriate.
• Source non-stocked or hard-to-find parts as needed.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and other locations for buyouts.
• Maintain accurate customer data and keep work areas organized.
