Job summary

Tidewater Fleet Supply / TNT Parts is seeking a dependable Counter Sales / Warehouse Associate in Hampton, VA. This hands-on role combines parts sales and customer service with warehouse responsibilities, including receiving freight, stocking inventory, and order fulfillment.

You will assist customers at the counter or over the phone, locate parts, and ensure accurate processing of orders while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Forklift use and inventory control experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or sales exposure preferred.
• Ability to identify parts using catalogs and computer systems.
• Willingness to learn inventory systems and processes.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to walk-in and phone customers and help find parts.
• Identify parts using catalogs and our computer systems.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Answer questions on pricing, availability, and order status.
• Receive freight, stock inventory, and pull customer orders.
• Operate warehouse equipment and maintain a clean, organized area.
