Job summary

Acme Tools in Grand Forks, ND is seeking a Sales Associate for full-time hours. You will greet customers, identify needs, and help them choose the right tools or equipment while handling transactions and maintaining an organized sales floor.

You will also participate in store events, follow safety standards, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Prior customer service experience is preferred, with opportunities for employee discounts and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software.
• Proven communication skills.
• The ability to work a rotating Saturday shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests.
• Identify customer needs and guide them to the right tools or equipment.
• Handle sales transactions, closing, invoicing, and product loading.
• Answer questions, provide quotes, and assist with equipment purchases.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and participate in store events.
