Arnold-Machinery-Company in Arizona, Glendale, is hiring a Parts Counter to support the service department and customers with parts orders and inventory control.

You will process phone and walk-in orders, pull warehouse parts, enter data into the system, and assist with cycle counts and clerical duties as needed. A forklift capability and MS Excel/Word proficiency are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to operate a forklift or complete forklift certification training.
• Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word.
• First-rate communication skills.

• Process phone and walk-in parts orders by correctly determining customer’s needs and inputting orders into the computer.
• Pull parts from the warehouse for customers waiting at the counter and help with backorders.
• Place backorders with vendors and make proper and complete purchase orders.
• Fulfill warehouse duties as needed: put away stock orders and assist with cycle counts.
