Arnold Machinery Company is seeking a Full Time Parts Counter associate in Glendale, AZ to handle phone and walk-in orders, pull parts from the warehouse, and manage backorders. You will input orders, ensure accurate fulfillment, and support the service department with parts as required.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift capability or certification, and proficiency with Excel/Word. Strong communication and a tidy workstation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Able to operate a forklift or obtain certification.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to input and process orders accurately.

Responsabilités

• Process phone and walk-in parts orders, determine customer needs.
• Input orders into the computer and pull parts from the warehouse.
• Place backorders with vendors and issue complete purchase orders.
• Assist in warehouse duties as needed and support the parts manager.
