Job summary

Arnold Machinery is seeking a Lot Tech - Material Handling to join our western United States team. You will assist shipping and receiving, process requests, pull materials, and prepare parcels, helping keep our warehouse organized and efficient.

This full-time role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, operating a forklift, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. We offer paid sick leave, vacation, holidays, and a strong 401K with company match.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years previous experience preferred.
• Good communication, organizational, time management and mathematical skills.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Ability to operate a forklift safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist shipping and receiving; unload trucks and check in merchandise.
• Prepare orders by processing requests and pulling materials; pack boxes.
• Place orders in delivery area and sort materials on shelves or bins.
• Open pallets/containers and prepare parcels for mailing.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment; organize work area.
• Perform routine light maintenance on equipment; wear safety gear.

With the training we provide, the Field Service Technician helps Arnold to keep that standing.Perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse.Essential duties and responsibilitiesAssist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandisePrepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery areaSort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standardsOpen bales, crates and other containersPrepare parcels for mailingMaintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; Sweep, dust and mop.
