Job summary

McGrath Powersports in Cedar Rapids, IA is hiring a Parts Counter Associate to help customers with parts selection, provide pricing and order details, and support the service department. You’ll stock and organize parts, keep the counter clean, and collaborate with technicians and advisors.

What You’ll Do

• Assist walk-in and phone customers with parts selection and recommendations
• Provide accurate pricing, product information, and order details
• Pull, fill, and stage parts orders to support the service department
• Communicate clearly with service technicians and advisors regarding parts availability

• Maintain a clean, organized parts counter and storage area

Physical & Work Environment

• Work performed indoors in a retail/parts department
• Regularly lift and move items up to 25 pounds
• Stand, walk, and remain active throughout the shift
• Frequent use of hands and arms to handle parts and tools
• Continuous communication with customers and coworkers
