Job summary

Doherty Automotive in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Parts Counterperson to amplify the sale of parts and accessories and serve as the primary contact between the parts department and customers, both retail and wholesale.

You will receive and process orders, promote related parts, and help keep inventory organized while delivering outstanding customer service in a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Motorcycle parts experience is a plus but not required.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Computer competency and basic math skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process orders for parts.

• Inventory control and maintain shelf stock.
• Assist customers (internal, retail and wholesale) with concerns and updates on back ordered parts.
• Keep work area and storage area clean and neat.

Job Summary

The Parts Counterperson will amplify the sale of parts and accessories for the dealership while providing excellent customer satisfaction as being the primary contact between the parts department and all internal departments and/or customers, retail customers and wholesale customers.
