Job summary

RideNow Group through Central Texas Harley-Davidson in Texas is seeking a Parts Counter Associate to support customers and technicians by identifying required parts, quoting prices, and processing catalog requests. You will handle calls with outstanding service and ensure accurate records.

This on-site, full-time role offers an opportunity to sell products for Harley-Davidson, maintain organized displays, and enjoy employee discounts on parts and gear while working in a fast-paced powersports

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Powersports dealership experience
• Stocking and organizing parts inventory
• Experience with POS & computer inventory systems and ability to learn new software
• Ability to look up parts and quote prices using catalog
• Experience utilizing Dealer Management Tools such as CDK, Lightspeed
• Customer-focused with positive responses in stressful situations
• Excellent interpersonal communication and Harley-Davidson enthusiasm
• Attention to detail and quick learning about parts
• Outgoing, can-do attitude
• Must pass pre-employment background, MVR, and drug screen
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties

Responsibilities

Central Texas Harley-Davidson, is seeking outgoing, friendly individuals to join our Parts Counter Team! If you have the confidence to sell, love the idea of making unlimited commission selling stuff you love, are a customer service rockstar, and live to ride, this opportunity may be perfect for you!

Responsibilities

• Work with customers and technicians to identify required parts.
• Sell cool stuff (a.k.a. parts) to go on cool bikes! (a portion of your income is commission on your sales)
• Look up records and enter customer information.
• Process catalog requests.
• Answer calls and provide exceptional customer service over the phone
• Receive and account for all incoming parts.
• Provide cost of parts for customers
• Make sure all displays are organized.
• Update customers on all orders and ensure they are satisfied
• Other duties as assigned

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, product knowledge and enthusiasm for Harley-Davidson.
• Attention to detail and ability to quickly learn about a variety of parts.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a can do attitude!
• Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
