Job summary

RideNow Powersports in McDonough, GA is seeking a Parts Counter Sales Associate to join a fast-paced, high-energy team. You will help customers and technicians, identify the right parts, and ensure accurate inventory and orders are processed at the counter and over the phone.

You will maintain showroom displays, track orders, support the service department, and upsell riding gear and accessories to enhance the rider experience. Experience in retail or parts counter preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist retail customers and service technicians in identifying and selecting the correct parts to meet their needs.
• Deliver excellent customer service in person at the counter and over the phone.
• Accurately enter and manage customer accounts, parts orders, and inventory information in the computer system.
• Receive, verify, stock, and organize incoming parts shipments and inventory shelves.
• Ensure merchandise displays, accessories, and parts retail areas remain clean, fully stocked, and well-organized.
• Proactively track special orders, keep customers updated on fulfillment status, and ensure full satisfaction.
• Fulfill parts requests promptly for service technicians to minimize repair turnaround times and keep job tickets moving efficiently.
• Recommend complementary riding gear, maintenance products, and popular aftermarket accessories to enhance the customer ride experience.
• Take on additional duties and operational tasks as assigned by dealership management.
• Other duties as assigned
