Job summary

Fort Bragg Harley-Davidson in Kirkwood, NC is seeking a Parts Counterperson to drive parts and accessories sales while delivering excellent customer satisfaction as the primary contact between the parts department and customers, retail and wholesale.

You will receive orders, promote related parts, manage inventory, assist internal and external customers, and ensure a clean, organized work area in alignment with company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Motorcycle parts experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Computer skills and basic math proficiency.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Professional, well-groomed appearance.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Parts Counterperson will amplify the sale of parts and accessories for the dealership while providing excellent customer satisfaction as being the primary contact between the parts department and all internal departments and/or customers, retail customers and wholesale customers.
