SONSRAY in Vernon, CA is seeking a dedicated Parts Counter associate to join our team. This role will primarily support Sonsray Fleet Services/Thermo King.

The ideal candidate will assist customers and technicians with parts needs, ensure efficient inventory management, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has experience in parts counter roles, knowledge of parts and mechanical components, and strong customer service skills.

Formación

• Previous experience in a parts counter role, preferably within a dealership or heavy equipment environment.
• Strong knowledge of parts and mechanical components.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using parts catalogs and inventory management systems.
• Ability to lift and move heavy parts as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers and service technicians in identifying and obtaining the correct parts for their equipment.
• Process parts orders, including looking up parts, checking availability, and handling transactions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in regular stock checks.
• Receive and stock new parts shipments, ensuring proper organization and storage.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any parts-related issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with the service department to ensure parts are available when needed for repairs.

Position Summary
