Sonsray Inc in Vernon, CA is seeking a Parts Counter associate to support Sonsray Fleet Services/Thermo King. You will assist customers and technicians with parts, process orders, and maintain inventory accuracy.

The ideal candidate has experience in a parts counter, strong parts knowledge, and excellent communication. You will stock shipments, work with the service department, and deliver friendly, professional service while upholding safety and efficiency standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a parts counter role, preferably within a dealership or heavy equipment environment.
• Strong knowledge of parts and mechanical components.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using parts catalogs and inventory management systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move heavy parts as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree is a plus.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Parts Counter associate to join our team in Vernon, CA. This role will primarily support Sonsray Fleet Services/Thermo King. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers and technicians with their parts needs, ensuring efficient inventory management, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
