Responsibilities

• Purchasing: add items to weekly parts order, verify PI and create POs, update CI with factory data, organize documents.
• Receiving: provide shipping docs and note discrepancies promptly.
• Process technician incidents and customer orders accurately.
• Inventory control: assist with physical counts, perform system adjustments in WMS and Sage.
• Maintains Parts Store Website: photograph, upload, and map parts via North 49.
• Communicate via internal emails and inquiries; maintain cleanliness and supplies.
• Adhere to safe working practices.
