Job summary

Chauvet is seeking a detail-oriented Parts Coordinator I to manage order, receiving, and issuing of parts with precision in timing and quantity. You will maintain inventory control, support purchasing, and ensure clear communication of issues within the team.

The role emphasizes strong Excel skills, Excel-based data tracking, and proficiency with Sage/WMS systems. A proactive approach to organization and safety in a warehouse environment is required.

Qualifications

• Strong time management and data-tracking abilities.
• Proficient in Excel; able to create charts and use formulas.
• Experience with Outlook for organizing emails and scheduling.
• Familiarity with inventory systems (WMS) and Sage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing: Add unfilled items from Sales Orders to the weekly parts order and verify PI data, prices, and create POs.
• Receiving: Provide accurate shipping documents and flag discrepancies promptly.
• Order Fulfillment: Process technician incidents and customer orders accurately.
• Inventory Control: Work with Warehouse to conduct physical counts and adjust in WMS/Sage to reflect stock.
• Parts Store Website Maintenance: Photograph, upload, and map parts via North 49.
• Communication: Manage internal emails and inquiries efficiently.
• Supplies and Cleanliness: Keep department supplies organized and stock controlled.
• Follow safety practices and policies in the area.
