Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or parts management.
• Experience with ERP/WMS inventory systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs regularly.

Responsabilités

• Receive, store, and issue parts, tools, and supplies to internal teams and external customers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor part usage and reorder to maintain stock levels.
• Verify parts meet quality standards before use or shipment.
• Communicate with vendors on purchase orders and deliveries.
• Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments per standards.
• Schedule pickups and coordinate with freight, courier, and carriers.
• Inspect inbound shipments for accuracy, damages, and documentation.
• Track shipments and provide status updates to teams and customers.
• Maintain compliance with shipping regulations and safety policies.
• Unload trucks and courier deliveries as needed.
• Organize warehouse stock and maintain safe storage environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, scanners).
• Rotate stock and ensure items are labeled and stored.
• Dispose of packaging waste and keep facility clean.
