Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring a Parts Coordinator to manage ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching, and returning parts for each repair order while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to support the production schedule.

You will verify parts quality, coordinate with vendors, and maintain vigorous control of invoices and discounts. Experience in auto body parts helps; strong customer service and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3+ years of experience working with automotive parts.
• Customer service oriented with strong organizational skills and problem solving.
• I-Car registered or working toward Gold Class certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is consistently executed.
• Communicate customer requests to the team.
• Order and receive parts from vendors per repair orders.
• Distribute parts to the shop per production schedule.
• Enter parts invoices into MIS and track changes.
• Label and track parts by RO number and store with vehicles.
• Monitor parts performance and reconcile vendor invoices.
• Post and file invoices and credits timely.
• Verify negotiated discounts to maintain margins.
