Job summary

RIDE Coach and Bus is seeking a Parts Associate to support the daily operations of the Parts Department. You will process parts requests and customer orders from initial inquiry through shipment, coordinating with Techs, Warehouse, Warranty, Logistics and Accounting to ensure accurate sourcing and timely delivery.

The role requires strong automotive parts knowledge, attention to detail and excellent communication skills to maintain positive customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong customer service experience in a parts environment is desired.
• Ability to read and interpret technical information and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Process Parts Request Forms and Parts Orders from Customer Service staff and customers.
• Support inventory management and stock replenishment in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Warranty and Warehouse teams to fulfill parts orders.
• Maintain accurate records of parts ordered and provide regular updates.
• Assist customers with parts availability and pricing; provide ETA and status updates.
• Coordinate outbound deliveries and inform customers of delays.
• Handle billing and payment issues with Accounting.
