Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage the ordering, receiving, storing and dispatching of parts for each repair order, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to support shop operations. You will collaborate with vendors, enter parts invoices into the MIS, label and track parts by RO number, and maintain stock levels to meet production schedules while upholding quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3+ years automotive parts experience.
• I-CAR knowledge or working towards Gold Class is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process parts orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Verify accuracy and quality of received parts.
• Enter all parts invoices into the MIS.
• Label and track parts by the R.O. number.
• Communicate Parts Price Changes to the team.
• Order and receive supplemental parts in the MIS.
• Maintain stock and monitor vendor invoices.
• Support production schedule and distribution of parts.
