Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• I-Car registration progress is acceptable.
• 1–3+ years in automotive parts or related fields preferred.
• Customer-focused with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for each repair order.
• Verify accuracy and quality of parts per production schedule and vehicle needs.
• Communicate customer requests to the team and coordinate with vendors.
• Enter parts invoices into the MIS and track price changes.
• Label, track and store parts by RO number and job, ensuring timely distribution.
• Reconcile vendor invoices and maintain accurate records for margins.
