Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while efficiently ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for each repair order.

You will verify parts quality, track by RO#, and collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing, supporting the shop and production schedule with precision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3+ years of experience working with automotive parts (auto body parts is a bonus).
• Customer Service oriented and able to manage pressure and conflicting demands, prioritise tasks, and solve problems.
• I-CAR Registered (working towards Gold Class certification).

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Communicate all customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Order and receive parts, verify quality, correctness and quantity.
• Distribute parts to the shop on time per production schedule.
• Enter parts invoices into MIS.
• Label and track parts by RO# and communicate price changes.
• Reconcile vendor invoices and monitor performance.
• Post invoices and credit memos timely.
• Ensure negotiated discounts are applied to invoices.
