Job summary

Mobile Auto Solutions, LLC is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage order, receipt, storage and dispatch of parts for repair orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery aligned with the production schedule.

Responsibilities include vendor communication, MIS invoicing, price-change tracking, and maintaining proper part labeling and storage. A high school diploma and 1–3+ years in auto parts are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with automotive parts preferred; auto body parts a bonus.
• Customer service oriented with strong organizational ability under pressure.
• I-CAR registration in progress is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Support WOW plan execution and customer experience.
• Communicate requests to team members and vendors for parts.
• Order, receive, store, and dispatch parts per repair orders.
• Verify part accuracy and timely delivery per production schedule.
• Enter parts invoices into MIS and track pricing changes.
• Label, store parts with RO numbers and coordinate with repairs.
• Reconcile vendor invoices and manage discount accuracy.
