Job summary

VIVE Collision is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage ordering, receiving, processing, and monitoring parts during the repair process. You will work closely with the General Manager, Estimators, and Technicians on parts-related issues within the shop.

Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, tracking deliveries, and communicating part availability and delays to estimators, while driving KPI improvements in parts management.

Qualifications

• 3 years parts experience preferred.
• Experience working at a collision repair center in a parts capacity.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to effectively communicate with others.
• Ability to read and understand basic instructions, written estimates, and work orders.
• Multi-tasking; adapt easily to fast-paced environments.

• Order parts from vendors and dealerships based on estimates and supplements.
• Communicate with estimators regarding part availability, delivery, delays, etc.

• Drive parts related KPIs.
