Qualifications

• Experience in a collision repair center or parts handling is required.
• Familiarity with Mitchell Repair Center is expected.
• Knowledge of CCC ONE estimating software is essential.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• Excellent communication skills are needed.
• Ability to read and interpret estimates and work orders.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians by looking up parts for vehicle repairs.
• Monitor progress of part orders and update delivery times.
• Track all incoming and outgoing parts for the collision center.
• Locate received items for technicians in designated areas.
• Code invoices for accounting in Mitchell Repair Center.
• Check in paint and shop supplies and update inventory.
• Pick, pack and ship parts returns as needed.
• Run/maintain parts return report by vendor and post credits.
• Maintain department cleanliness and organization.
• Follow other duties as assigned by management.
