Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage parts for repair orders and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will verify parts quality, order parts with vendors, and track invoices while coordinating with service teams to keep repairs on schedule.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and experience with automotive parts. A fast-paced shop environment and cross-functional collaboration are essential to success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• I-Car Registered, working towards Gold Class certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members.
• Order and receive parts per repair orders, verify quality and quantity.
• Ensure timely parts distribution to the shop per production schedule.
• Enter parts invoices into MIS and track vendor invoices.
• Label and track parts by RO#, store with vehicle/ scheduled repairs.
• Monitor parts performance, reconcile vendor invoice history, manage refunds/discounts.
