Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-3+ years of experience with automotive parts; auto body parts are a bonus.
• Customer service oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize under pressure.
• I-CAR registration is preferred and working toward Gold Class certification.

Responsibilities

• Support WOW plan execution and communicate customer requests to the team.
• Order and receive parts per repair orders, verify quality and quantity.
• Distribute parts to the shop in line with the production schedule.
• Enter invoices into the MIS and reconcile vendor invoices.
• Track parts by RO number and communicate price changes to staff.
