Job summary

Lithia Motors is seeking a detail-oriented Parts Clerk for the Land Rover Troy location. This hybrid role supports the Parts Department, handling shipments, inventory, and service requests with a focus on accuracy and teamwork.

You will assist Parts Advisors, manage incoming/outgoing deliveries, and maintain warehouse organization, ensuring premium service for internal and external customers in a fast-paced environment.

Dealership: L0780 Land Rover Troy Parts Clerk Suburban Land Rover Troy Suburban Land Rover Troy is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Clerk to join our Parts Department team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent internal and external customer service. In this position, you'll support our Parts Advisors with daily department operations while also managing incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory organization, and receiving processes. The right candidate is dependable, organized, and committed to maintaining accuracy while working as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Parts Advisors with customer and technician parts requests
• Support parts counter operations and daily department tasks
• Receive, inspect, verify, and stock incoming parts shipments
• Process and document incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Organize inventory and maintain warehouse cleanliness and efficiency
• Pick, pack, and prepare parts orders for delivery or shipment
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
• Maintain accurate records within dealership systems
• Coordinate with vendors, delivery drivers, and internal departments
• Ensure all received parts are properly labeled and stored
• Follow company safety procedures and inventory control processes
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Previous automotive parts, warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or dealership experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
